land in Queens and Brooklyn avail for trade – Jamaica

i have land worth $ 200K in Queens, and worth $ 450K in Brooklyn---both feature age based tax incentives. i'd like to swap my ownership in these land parcels. there are between a few thousand dollars to upwards of $ 1.8M in sepcial tax and HUD transferable benefits able to be conveyed with this portfolio. several condo/co-op scenarios are under evolvement with these properties.

i'm looking for properties in Atlanta, Virginia Beach and Los Angeles---as well as near Newark Int'l Airport, and throughout Crown Heights (Brooklyn).
